Looking to get the new Star Wars Turbo Tank for the special kid or Star Wars collector in your life? Before you drop $100 on the toy, you’ll want to check out this deal. Target.com is currently running a promotion where you get $30 off a Hasbro purchase of $90 or more. This alone brings the price down to a more digestable $70. However, you can apply coupon code 4MMHDHBE during checkout and receive an additional 10% off plus free shipping. Depending on the tax in your area, the end result is a price of about $65.
Update: Well, that didn’t take long. The Turbo Tank is already sold out.
Update 2: The 4MMHDHBE coupon code is no longer valid. Use the code S6BP388J to take an additional 10% off.

Looking to get the BMF Millenium Falcon for the special kid or Star Wars collector in your life? Before you drop $160 on the toy, you’ll want to check out this deal. Kohls.com currently has the BMF on sale for $143.99. I have bad news for those hoping to use Target’s $5 off $25 coupon to get a deal on Transformers Animated or Star Wars: Clone Wars toys. While the coupon was not supposed to expire until October, the retailer has expired it early.
According to various reports, someone had edited the coupon description so that it could be used for any merchandise. Cashiers were on the look out for these doctored coupons, but until yesterday, they were still taking legit ones. As of this morning though, the coupon has been set as “expired” in the Target computer.
Honestly, I’m surpised that Target didn’t do this earlier. I know of many collectors who printed out a stack of these coupons and used them every time they did a toy run to Target.
Update: Target has issued a press release, explaining the situation with the coupon. If you were one of the 85,000 people that originally received the coupon directly form Target, you will be getting a $5 gift card by mail.
