Rogue_2 and kenbenobi, of the Rebelscum forums, found the sets at Toys R Us and Wal-mart stores in the Madison and Milwaukee areas. Wave 4 of the comic two packs includes Clone Emperor/Luke Skywalker and Commander Faie/Quinlan Vos as well as the hard to find sets from wave 3 like Grand Admiral Thrawn/Talon Karrde and Darth Vader (White)/Princess Leia.
